Achievements of the school [ 2017 – 2018 ]

  1. The second tenth standard batch of Angel High school secured 100 % Harish Kutakole, our first ranker secured 95.8%.
  2. YMCA Elocution Competition organized by YMCA: Rutuja Kolte of Class X won the third prize in Marathi Elocution Competition.
  3. YMCA Interschool Singing Competition organized by YMCA: School won the 2nd prize and were awarded with Trophy, Cash prize and Certificates.
  4. Lions Club – Pune Samarth Vitkar of class III won the first prize under the Shishugat category, while  Pranita Bhor of class VII secured a consolation prize under Madhyamgat category and Veena Phartade of class VI secured the consolation prize under Balgat category .
  5. Tapadiya Karandak Dance Competition :- was held on 9th September 2017 at Yashwantrao Chavan Hall Kothrud and it was organized by Mahesh Balbhavan where our small group performed the Dombari dance and secured the first prize and the big group performed the Palkhi dance and secured the first prize.
  6. Nrutya Malhar :- Angel High School Uruli Kanchan secured the Nobel opportunity of performing in the Nrutya Malhar which was telecasted on DD Sahyadri . The school qualified itself to perform at a bigger platform and our students utilized it fruitfully. The small group performed the Ovee dance and the big group performed dance based on dahi handi which was deeply appreciated by the viewers.
  7. ZP Drama Competition :- Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan participated in the ZP level Drama Competition when the students of Std IX presented a play on the topic ‘ Khedya Kade Chala’ .The students were awarded with the third prize .
  8. Sakal Drama Competition:- Students of std IX also participated in the Sakal Drama Competition and thus successfully reached the preliminary stage .
  9. Uruli Kanchan Festival :- The students of class IX participated in the Uruli Kanchan festival wherein they presented a Mime Act which received the second prize

 [Under 17 Girls]  

The first match was held on 19thth August 2017 between Angel High School, Uruli Kanchan and Sinhagad Springdale Narhe Ambegaon  and our school won by 1-0. The second match was held between Angel high School,Uruli Kanchan and Angel High School ,Loni and our school won the match by one goal.Amongst all the schools who had participated, Angel High School Uruli Kanchan secured first place.

[Under 15 Boys]

In the first match Angel High School, Uruli Kanchan competed against Potdar school,Wagholi on 18th August 2017 and our school won by 1-0. Amongst all the schools who had participated, Angel High School Uruli Kanchan secured second place.

 

  • Taluka level Athletics Competition
  1. It was held on 14th September 2017 and amongst the U-17girls Deokar Priya secured the first place in High Jump and in the U-14 category Dorge Samruddhi secured second place in Shot put throw.
  2. It was held on 13the September 2017 and amongst U-17 boys Tanmay Malbhare secured the third place in Javelin throw and in U-14 category Kanchan Atharv secured the third place in High Jump.
  • Taluka level Shaleya Football Tournament

[Under14 Girls team]

  1. The first match was organized at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose School, Fulgaon, Pune on 16th August 2017. Angel High School competed against V.K.Patil School and won it with 1-0.
  2. In the second match Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan competed against Angel High School , Loni and our school won the match by 1 goal.
  3. In the third match Angel High School competed against Sinhagad School and our school lost the match by 1 goal.
  4. In totality Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan secured the second place in this competition.

[Under 14  Boys team]

It was held at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose School, Fulgaon, Pune on 16th August and Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan competed against New English School Ambegaon and our school won the match by 2 goals.

 

[ Under 17  Boys team]

It was held at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose School, Fulgaon, Pune on 16th August and Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan competed against Vikhe Patil School and our school won the match by 1 goal.

  • District level Subrato Football Competition

 [Unde17 Girls team]  

  1. The first match was organized at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose School, Fulgaon, Pune on 29th July   Angel High School competed against Aryan School and won it with 1-0.
  2. In the second match Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan competed against MIT School, Loni and our school won the match by 1 goal.
  3. In the third match Angel High School competed against Angel High School , Loni and    our school lost the match by 1 goal.
  4. In totality Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan secured the second place in this competition.
  • District level Shaleya Hockey Tournament

             [ Under 17 Boys team ]

  1. It was held on 31st August at Shivchatrapati Krida Sankul,Balewadi and in the first match Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan competed against Sabnis School ,Narayangaon and our school won by 2-0.In totality our school secured the second place in this competition.
  2. In the second match Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan competed against SEK School,  Narayangaon and our school won by 2-0.
  3. In totality our school secured the second place in this competition.

  1. It was held on 1st September at Shivchatrapati Krida Sankul,Balewadi and in the first match Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan competed against Sinhagad Springdale Narhe Ambegaon  and our school won by 1-0.In totality our school secured the second place in this competition.

[ Under 14 Boys team ]

  1. It was held on 18th August at Shivchatrapati Krida Sankul,Balewadi and in the first match  Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan competed against Podar School  and our school won by 2-0.In totality our school secured the third place in this competition. 

  [ Under 14 Girls team ]

  1. It was held on 1st September at Shivchatrapati Krida Sankul,Balewadi and in the first match  Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan competed against Angel High School , Loni  and our school won by 1-0.
  2. In the second match Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan competed against Sinhagad Springdale Narhe Ambegaon and our school won by 2-0. In totality our school secured the first place in this competition.
  • Taluka level Cricket Competition

[ Under 14 Boys team ]

  1. It was held on 2nd September 2017 at S.R.P.F Group no.5,Daund and Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan competed against Ambegaon English medium school   and our school won by 12 runs.

[ Under 17 Boys team ]

  1. It was held on 2nd September 2017 at S.R.P.F Group no.5,Daund and Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan competed against New English school,Indapur   and our school won the match by 13 runs.
  • District level Sikaai Martial Arts Competition was held on 10th October 2017 atShah Sanskruti Bhavan Indapur. Angel High School won 19 medals

  1. First Match was held between Angel High School Uruli Kanchan and Anglo Urdu School and Angel High School Uruli Kanchan won the match by 6 goals.
  2. Second  Match was held between Angel High School Uruli Kanchan and St. Joseph High School Khadaki  and Angel High School Uruli Kanchan won the match by 1 goal.In totality Angel high School Uruli Kanchan won the second place.
  3. Neha Salunke was declared as the best player in U – 17 girls and Pranjali Jagtap as the best goalkeeper in U – 14 girls.

 

  • Super cup Football competition

 It was held at Kothari International School Kharadi, Pune.

  1. In the first Match meant for the first standard Angel High School Uruli Kanchan competed against Indira School Ambegaon and Angel High School Uruli Kanchan won the match by 5 goals. In the second match Angel High School Uruli Kanchan competed against Pune International School and Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan won the match by 3 goals .
  2. In the first Match meant for the second standard Angel High School Uruli Kanchan competed against Angel Mickey and Minie School , Hadapsar and Angel High School Uruli Kanchan won the match by 5 goals. In the second match Angel High School Uruli Kanchan competed against Kothari International School , Kharadi and Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan won the match by 3 goals .
  3. In the first Match meant for the third standard Angel High School Uruli Kanchan competed against Pune International School and Angel High School Uruli Kanchan won the match by 5 goals. In the second match Angel High School Uruli Kanchan competed against Angel High School Loni and Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan won the match by 2 goals .
  4. In the first Match meant for the fourth standard played on 15th November 2017 Angel High School Uruli Kanchan competed against Vidya Valley School  and Angel High School Uruli Kanchan won the match by 3 goals. In the second match Angel High School Uruli Kanchan competed against Pune International School and Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan won the match by 3 goals . In the third match Angel High School Uruli Kanchan competed against Angel Mickey and Minie School Hadapsar  and Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan won the match by 4 goals .In the fourth  match Angel High School Uruli Kanchan competed against Angel High School , Loni and Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan won the match by 4 goals .

In totality Angel High School , Uruli Kanchan secured the second place.

  • Under 14 Team Won the PDCA Kohinoor 

Angel High School Uruli Kanchan U – 14 team participated in the PDCA Kohinoor Trophy against Nutan Maratha Vidayalay and won it by 18 runs.
